The CRP shall verify F2 upgrade at the site with District Building Inspector at final inspection. - Exit door hardware shall conform to VBBL 3.4.6.16 and handrails in the exit stairs are to be upgrade in compliance with VBBL 3.4.6.5 to the main floor. Its horizontal extension shall be accepted by District Building Inspector. (F2 upgrade). - Elevator lobbies should not be used other than elevator lobbies.
