Scope of Work: - Replacing entry doors, flooring and interior finishes; - Upgrading sanctuary floor structurally to support new fixed chairs and to have 45 min fire-resistance rating from below. - Reconfiguring stage and adding stair lift for accessible path to the stage; - Reconfiguring and adding washrooms; - Updating acoustics and finishes in basement flex space - Rearranging spaces and equipment; - Installing A/C compressor on the flat roof; - Adding PMT. Notes: - Proposed occupant load is 600 persons by design.
