at High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to existing addressable single stage fire alarm panel and provide modernization of existing two elevators to allow for elevator recall from P1 to 12th floor & penthouse of this existing residential building for CSA-B44 upgrade. Scope of work: - Install new addressable smoke detectors, connected to and compatible with the existing fire alarm system. - Install new relays connected to new addressable elevator lobby smoke detectors, elevator machine room and shaft smoke detectors for activation of the automatic emergency recall sequence. - Upgrade of electrical equipment for elevators in the main lobby. - Addition of proper fire fighters emergency operation. - Install new lighting and GFI receptacles in the elevator machine room and elevator pit and new exterior lighting on the roof. - Programming of Elevator Recall and FEO functions.
