Scope of work includes: 1) Demolition of all existing interior rooms and finishes in basement and ground floor. 2) Removal of suspended ceiling, raised floor, partitions, washrooms, cabinetry, lighting, and HVAC 3) Adjust existing passenger elevator stop and pit in basement level. Separate permit(s) will be required for future tenant improvements, and comply with the VBBL 2019 part 11 upgrade requirements as a minor renovation, F1, S2, N1, and A2.
