High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator Upgrade - Interior alterations to provide elevator upgrades to two (2) elevators at the existing 3-storey hospital building (Brock Fahrni Extended Care) on this site for CSA-B44-07 upgrade. Scope of work: - Installation of automatic emergency elevator recall in accordance with Bulletin 2008-002-BU/EL. - Replacement of elevator motors, controllers and car interiors. - Installation of A/C unit in the elevator machine room.
