High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator Upgrade, Upgrade fire alarm system for elevator modernization for two existing elevators in this existing General Office (Group D) Heritage A building as per bulletin 2018-004 BU/EL and for CSA-B44-07 upgrade. Scope of Work: - Existing conventional FA system to be upgraded to addressable single-stage. - New addressable smoke detector in elevator lobbies, machine room and top of shaft. - Lighting will be replaced with new LED Luminaries at elevator machine room and shaft - New condensing unit at exiting fenced area on ground floor and AC cooling unit in machine room Building Review Branch Notes: - The building is a Heritage A building.
