High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator Upgrade, Upgrade fire alarm system for elevator modernization for two existing elevators in this existing General Office (Group D) Heritage A building as per bulletin 2018-004 BU/EL and for CSA-B44-07 upgrade. Scope of Work: - Existing conventional FA system to be upgraded to addressable single-stage. - New addressable smoke detector in elevator lobbies, machine room and top of shaft. - Lighting will be replaced with new LED Luminaries at elevator machine room and shaft - New condensing unit at exiting fenced area on ground floor and AC cooling unit in machine room Building Review Branch Notes: - The building is a Heritage A building. If there are any exterior components to the scope of work, it should be further reviewed by Heritage Planner, who would then issue the Heritage Alteration Permit (HAP). - Schedule B, Architectural and Electrical and Schedule A provided. - Review as per VBBL 2014 Revision #1 (May 28th, 2020, Adessa.M) - Relocation of fire alarm control on basement level, - New exit signs o mezzannie and ground floor, - Alternate recall level egress on level 3 Issued during Pandemic Crisis 2020
