High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator Upgrade - Interior alterations to provide elevator upgrades to two (2) elevators in the existing 14-storey hotel building on this site for CSA-B44-07 upgrade as per Bulletin 2018-004-BU/EL Option#3. Scope of work: - Install new addressable smoke/heat detectors in every elevator lobby, machine room, electrical room, top of elevator shaft and elevator pit. - Connect all detectors to the existing fire alarm system for elevator recall. - Modify existing fire alarm system to allow for elevator recall sequence. - Replace lighting fixtures and receptacles in the machine room. - Install new ground wire, phone line and five 120V circuits to elevator machine room. - Replace cab light panel and elevator disconnects *** Reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) *** Revision#1 - Feb 27, 2023 - J.
